Food-Grade Sodium Bicarbonate is a high-purity white crystalline powder manufactured in accordance with GB 1886.2-2015. It is readily soluble in water, forms a mildly alkaline solution, and decomposes when heated. It can be used as a leavening agent, acidity regulator, processing aid, and formulation ingredient in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications.
Food-Grade Sodium Bicarbonate is a high-purity white crystalline powder manufactured in accordance with GB 1886.2-2015. It is readily soluble in water and forms a mildly alkaline solution. Three product grades are available: Standard Food Grade, Low-Salt Grade and Fine-Powder Grade. These grades meet different requirements for general food processing, low-chloride formulations, rapid dissolution and uniform dispersion.
