GrabMax® ion adsorbents are a series of new inorganic adsorption products. These products have excellent selectivity and adsorption for
different impurity ions and are widely used in multiple fields such as IC epoxy packaging materials, FPC adhesives, solar packaging materials,
and anti-corrosion coatings. GrabMax® utilizes specific ion exchange reactions to efficiently capture free impurity ions such as sodium,
chlorine, bromine, copper, and silver in materials, reducing the leaching of corrosive ions from materials like epoxy resins, enhancing the
reliability of electronic materials, and minimizing product deterioration. It is one of the crucial additives in the fields of electronic packaging
and other precision materials.
GrabMax® Ionic Adsorbents are a series of inorganic functional materials designed to selectively capture harmful impurity ions in advanced material systems. Available in cation, anion, and dual-ion exchange grades, the series offers high adsorption efficiency, excellent thermal and chemical stability, and reliable performance under demanding conditions. It is suitable for applications such as semiconductor packaging, electronic adhesives, high-performance resins, functional films, and protective coatings.

GrabMax® powder is packaged in aluminum-plastic/paper drums with a net weight of 10 kg/drum. All products should be transported and stored in a cool, dark
and dry environment. It can be stored in the original packaging under closed and dry conditions for at least one year without deterioration.
